With a limited marketing budget, HighStreet relies on creating a personal connection with their clients, using cost-effective email marketing to keep them up to date. Working with firm partner Leah Spurrier, each week I create an image to catch the attention of the customer, while keeping with the brand language. The emails have been praised by both customers and local businesses as capturing the unique brand of HighStreet.

In addition, the HighStreet newsletter is rated as a five-star, laurel-wreathed list by MailChimp, the email marketing service provider's highest rating. Only about 3% of MailChimp's lists achieve this rating, which is determined by metrics which measure the effectiveness and recipient satisfaction of the mailings.
